For over 230 years, master brewers have crafted Sarson’s vinegar from quality British malted barley, fermenting it with larch wood wool from the Leighton Estate in Wales and maturing it in wooden vats to develop its characteristic rich, round taste and iconic tang.

Today, Sarson’s produces 15 million bottles every year, offering a carefully crafted range of products that includes classic Malt Vinegar, Distilled Malt Vinegar, Pickling Vinegar, and an array of pickled vegetables, Browning Sauce, and Worcester Sauce.
