Sarson’s has been brewing vinegar the proper way since 1794, making it one of Britain’s most beloved and enduring condiment brands. For over 230 years, master brewers have crafted Sarson’s vinegar from quality British malted barley, fermenting it with larch wood wool from the Leighton Estate in Wales and maturing it in wooden vats to develop its characteristic rich, round taste and iconic tang.

Today, Sarson’s produces 15 million bottles every year, offering a carefully crafted range of products that includes classic Malt Vinegar, Distilled Malt Vinegar, Pickling Vinegar, and an array of pickled vegetables, Browning Sauce, and Worcester Sauce. Whether you are sprinkling it over fish and chips, pickling your garden’s finest produce, or adding a splash of acidity to a slow-cooked curry, Sarson’s brings a distinctly British depth of flavour to kitchens across the country.
