I joined British Provender in May 2023 as E-Commerce Coordinator, supporting the company’s online sales operations across platforms including Amazon, Metproducts, and Chargethrough.
My role includes maintaining product catalogues, monitoring inventory, and managing order processing and tracking to ensure a seamless customer experience. I also coordinate Woolworths Direct to Stores orders via EDI and provide administrative support within the online internal sales and inventory platforms, assisting with customer catalogue access and account setup for retail partners.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and going fishing
